About Our Coupons

Is there a cost to receive CouponBug Coupons?
No! All of the coupons contained on the site are provided free of charge. After all, we are your destination for savings!

Where can I redeem CouponBug Coupons?
Pretty much anywhere. Redeem CouponBug Coupons at any store that accepts coupons nationwide.

Can CouponBug Coupons be doubled?
CouponBug Coupons are worth their face value when redeemed. Doubling is subject to your retailer's coupon policy.

When do CouponBug Coupons expire?
The expiration date is indicated on each coupon.

How often are CouponBug Coupons added to the Network?
We add new coupons weekly, so be sure to check back each time you go shopping.

What if a store won't take my coupon?

Using Our Site

How do I get coupons?
After you have browsed through all of the coupon pages and made your selections, click the "Print Coupons" button. You'll then be prompted to install our Coupon Printer if you have not installed it previously. For more information, see How It Works.

Why do I have to provide my ZIP code?
Providing us with your ZIP code allows us to display all the coupons that are available in your area.

How can I best navigate the site?
Do not use the "Back" and "Next" buttons on your Web browser to move between pages of offers. Instead, use the navigational graphics immediately above and below the coupon offers on our coupon pages.

Why won't my coupons print?
If you're experiencing problems printing our coupons there may be several reasons:

1. You don't have a default printer or your printer isn't ready.
You must have a default printer selected for your computer, and it must be a real, paper-based printer, not a virtual fax machine or file printer like PDF Writer. Follow the instructions that came with your computer for setting up your printer. Make sure your printer is turned on, loaded with paper, has enough toner or ink, and is set as your "default printer." If your printer is a multi-function device (print, fax, copy, scan) please make sure the default printer is set to the print function, not the fax function.

2. Your browser or operating systems may be incompatible.

3. You did not install the Coupon Printer.
In order to print CouponBug coupons you need to download and install the Coupon Printer. It's free, safe and easy to use. It does not install any form of spyware or adware on your computer or collect any personal information about you. Once it has been downloaded and installed you will be able to print coupons from our site and from our newsletters. Installing the Coupon Printer takes less than a minute.

Why couldn't I install the Coupon Printer?
Here are some of the most common factors that prevent our users from successfully installing the Coupon Printer. If you still cannot install the Coupon Printer or print coupons after trying these suggested solutions, please contact us at Support@CouponBug.com so that we can help you directly.

1. You must have Administrator privileges to install the Coupon Printer.
To see if you are set up as an Administrator, go to the Control Panel on your computer and view "Users." Many corporations do not allow their employees to be Administrators on their own work computers. If this is the case for you, you may want to try to print your coupons at home.

2. You need to use one of our supported browsers and operating systems.

3. The ActiveX control should be enabled.
When using Internet Explorer to install the Coupon Printer, a yellow box may appear at the top of the browser window. This box is a warning that an attempt to install an ActiveX control was blocked. If you click on the yellow box, you will be given the opportunity to install ActiveX - please do so. The ActiveX control is a mini-software device that allows your browser to implement our Coupon Printer.

Also, make sure to click the appropriate buttons in any dialog boxes that appear to allow the installation.

4. Your anti-virus/spyware/adware software may be blocking the installation.
Please temporarily turn off or disable any anti-virus/spyware/adware software for the Coupon Printer installation process. You can do this by right-clicking on the program's icon in the lower right-hand side of your screen and selecting "Disable."

Our Coupon Printer is both safe and secure. While we have attempted to work with most major publishers of such computer protection software to ensure that our Coupon Printer is not blocked, there may be programs that block the installation, or put up a warning that you are about to install a program. You should choose to allow the installation. After you've installed the Coupon Printer, be sure to turn your anti-virus software back on.

After addressing the above issues, you should be able to install the Coupon Printer using the appropriate link below.

You can select "Run" or "Open" to start the Coupon Printer Installation, or you can save it to your computer. (If you choose to save the file, you can start the installation by double-clicking on the file in the place where you chose to save it.)

After selecting "Run," a second dialog box will pop up asking if you want to run the software. Choose "Run" again to install the Coupon Printer. Note that Vista users may see a different dialog box to confirm the installation. Click "Continue" to install the Coupon Printer.

Copy the MacCouponPrinter.dmg file to your computer. Open this file and follow the instructions provided.

Now, go ahead and print a coupon. If your coupons print, great! If not, there may still be other settings blocking your installation. Don't give up yet!

Please follow the steps below to insure that the Coupon Printer is loaded properly:

  • Open your browser
  • Go to CouponBug.com
  • Select Tools
  • Select Manage Add-ons
  • Select Show: Add-ons currently loadedv
  • Look for a file Name "cpbrkpie Control" Publisher "Coupons, Inc."
  • Make sure the Status is set to "Enabled"
  • After you confirm that it is enabled, close the window and print a coupon.

Now, go ahead and print a coupon. If you are successful, great! If not, please send us an e-mail at Support@CouponBug.com letting us know what you've tried. We will work with you to help get you printing. Please include the following in your e-mail:

  • Operating System
  • Browser Specifications
  • Name of AntiVirus/Spyware/Adware programs you are running

Now, don't forget to go back and enable any anti-virus/spyware/adware programs you might have disabled during this process.

Why am I being asked to install the Coupon Printer repeatedly?
If you are using Internet Explorer, your Coupon Printer Add-ons may have been disabled. Please follow these steps to enable your Add-ons and for your system to recognize the installed software:

  • Open your Internet Explorer browser
  • Go to Tools -> Manage Add-ons -> Enable/Disable Add-ons
  • In the drop down menu select "Add-ons previously used by Internet Explorer"
  • Look for "Cpbrkpie Control" under Name and "Enable" it if it is marked as "Disabled"
  • Restart your browser and print your coupon
  • After installation try printing the coupon again to ensure that the Coupon Printer is properly installed.

Managing Your Profile and Preferences

Is my e-mail address my username?
Yes, they are one and the same.

I forgot my password. What now?
On the Sign In page in the Forgot Password section, enter the e-mail address you used to register for CouponBug coupons. We will e-mail your password to this address. If your original e-mail address is no longer valid, you will have to re-register. TIP: make sure you add CouponBug@email.coupons.com to your e-mail Address Book or "Safe Senders List," and check to make sure that we are not lost in your "Bulk" or "Junk Mail" folders.

What does "Remember Me" mean?
If you check this box (either on the Sign In page or in your profile), we will remember your username and password on this computer so that you don't have to re-enter it each time you visit the site.

How do I update my profile?
You can update your personal information, change your password and modify your preferences all in one place. To edit your profile, sign in and then click "Member Center."

This page contains your e-mail address, password and mailing address. From here you can also manage your newsletter subscriptions and update information about the people living in your household. Don't forget your pets - we've got savings for them, too! Information supplied in your profile will allow us to provide you with special local offers in the future.

How do you use the information you collect about me?
We take your privacy seriously. We use the information to provide offers that you may be interested in receiving. For example, if you indicate that you own a pet, we will offer you savings on pet products when they are available. Neither CouponBug nor its fulfillment partners will directly provide your name or other unique identifier to a third party without your permission. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I subscribe to or unsubscribe from e-mails/newsletters?
One easy way to unsubscribe from our newsletters is to simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter you have received.

If you wish to subscribe or unsubscribe manually, visit your profile and check or uncheck the option to receive e-mail newsletters from our partners and us.

To access your profile, sign in and then click "Edit Profile" or "Member Center."

Please allow seven to ten days for us to process your unsubscribe request.
